Lead quality is controlled in three ways:

1. Deep ICP & Offer Analysis: We spend significant time upfront defining exactly who your best customers are.

2. Proven Methodology: Our data-driven approach is designed to target and engage only the most relevant prospects.

3. Our Replacement Guarantee: If a lead doesn't meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria after your call, we replace it for free. This makes us 100% accountable for quality.

A no-show does not count toward your guaranteed quota. We will work to re-book the meeting or replace that prospect with a new SQL at no additional cost to you.

It's simple. Let's say your plan guarantees 10 SQLs per month. If we only deliver 8 SQLs in a given month, we immediately pause your billing. We then continue working at our expense to deliver the 2 missing leads. Once the quota is met, your regular billing cycle resumes.

After your call, if you determine a prospect does not meet the qualification criteria we established during onboarding, you simply notify your account manager. We'll review the call, confirm the mismatch, and that lead will not count towards your monthly quota. We will then book a new, qualified meeting to replace it.

Our "no refund" policy is in place because our performance guarantee ensures you are protected. By pausing billing and replacing leads, you are always protected from paying for non-performance. We typically start with a 3-month initial agreement to allow enough time for the campaign to ramp up and deliver consistent results. After the initial term, we move to a flexible month-to-month arrangement.
