How does your process work?
Our process is built around delivering results with minimal effort from your side. It starts with a deep strategic dive into your business and ideal customers. How long does it take to start getting qualified leads?
After our initial strategy and build-out phase (typically 2-3 weeks), you will start seeing guaranteed leads hitting your calendar. We work to fill your pipeline as quickly and efficiently as possible.
How much of my team's time is required?
Very little. We need your team's input during the initial kickoff and strategy session. After that, their only commitment is conducting the sales calls we book. We take care of the entire lead generation process from start to finish.
What do you define as a "Sales Qualified Lead" (SQL)?
An SQL is a booked meeting on your calendar with a prospect who meets the specific, pre-agreed-upon criteria of your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This typically includes factors like industry, company size, the prospect's job title, and their expressed interest in your services. We define these criteria with you during onboarding to ensure we only deliver high-quality, relevant opportunities.
How do you ensure the quality of the leads?
Lead quality is controlled in three ways:

What if a prospect is a "no-show" for a meeting?
A no-show does not count toward your guaranteed quota. We will work to re-book the meeting or replace that prospect with a new SQL at no additional cost to you.
How does the "pause billing" guarantee work?
It's simple. Let's say your plan guarantees 10 SQLs per month. If we only deliver 8 SQLs in a given month, we immediately pause your billing. We then continue working at our expense to deliver the 2 missing leads. Once the quota is met, your regular billing cycle resumes.
What is the process for rejecting a lead and getting a replacement?
After your call, if you determine a prospect does not meet the qualification criteria we established during onboarding, you simply notify your account manager. We'll review the call, confirm the mismatch, and that lead will not count towards your monthly quota. We will then book a new, qualified meeting to replace it.
Why do you have a setup fee and a "no refund" policy?
The one-time setup fee covers the extensive initial work required to build your custom growth engine. This includes deep market research, ICP development, and offer consulting. Our "no refund" policy is in place because our performance guarantee ensures you are protected. By pausing billing and replacing leads, you are always protected from paying for non-performance. The guarantee is our commitment to delivering the value you pay for.
What is the typical monthly investment?
Our pricing is based on the number of guaranteed SQLs you need per month and begins at $2500/mo. We provide a custom quote after our initial discovery call, where we can fully understand your growth goals.
Are there any long-term contracts?
We typically start with a 3-month initial agreement to allow enough time for the campaign to ramp up and deliver consistent results. After the initial term, we move to a flexible month-to-month arrangement.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our monthly service fee is all-inclusive. It covers all software, tools, data and campaign costs required to generate your leads. There are no surprise charges.
